Proof of funds should be provided in form of a letter issued by either a banking institution in the United States or Canada, or a reputable bank in a G7 country with international reputation, or an international law firm or accounting firm with presence in the United States and verification contact.
If you are serious about doing business, please familiarize yourself with domain valuations first. You would not respond to anybody that offers $1,000 for a brand new Ferrari, neither will we, as we want to use our time to seriously negotiate with educated and capable buyers.
